Report Volunteer Hours

We appreciate the volunteer time that all of our Literacy Volunteers provide.
Please help us keep track of the hours invested in our program.

You may record your hours on a regular basis, however, our reporting months are:

                                        January, April, July, & October

Here are a few ways for you to do this: 

Online through Volunteer Maine

Report hours online at Volunteermaine.org  (click image).
·  Click "Register" under  "Find Opportunities to Serve".
· Click the link that says, "Not registered? Sign up now" (The link is located under the sign in area).
· Fill out the information on each page and receive a message confirming their registration.
· Click on the "home"  link and scroll down to the blue title "Your Hours" and click
    the "Log hours" link.
· Select agency (Literacy Volunteers Waterville) and click "go".
· Enter volunteer hours and tasks and click "Okay".

Narratives of student achievements are always welcome.  We like to get updates a
few times a year.  Sometimes we feature these in our newsletter so if you would like
to be included please let us know.
